HELP CENTRE

Your first agreed job. Your first follow-up.

Start with one client and one document. Your workspace keeps the scope, decisions and payment follow-up together.

1. Add your client

Confirm the contact details and message language. Use your own address for a first test.

2. Agree the scope

Enter your services, prices, tax and conditions. Review the quote, then share its private link with the intended client. Extra work has its own approval.

3. Prepare the invoice and follow-up

An accepted quote creates one paused invoice draft. Confirm that an invoice has actually been issued, its due date, total and payment link before enabling reminders.

Common questions

What happens automatically?

Scheduled reminders follow your enabled channels, quiet hours and daily limit. Proposed replies stay in Review inbox until you approve them. Pause an invoice or disable a channel in Settings to stop future sends.

Is Recovery free?

There is no fixed subscription or card required to start. A 10% fee applies to eligible verified recoveries: paid at least seven days late with FetchDue follow-up recorded. Estimates, quote acceptance and draft invoices do not generate a fee. Trial access includes three quote documents; extras count and revisions do not.

What does Pro include?

Pro costs 29 USD monthly or 290 USD yearly. Both include unlimited new quote documents and exemption from Recovery commission while Pro is active. The annual price is one payment for the year.

How do I cancel or change my card?

Open Settings and the billing portal to see invoices, update your payment method or cancel renewal. Scheduled cancellation keeps access until the paid period ends. Deleting data and canceling billing are separate steps; contact support if you want to close the account.

What does the client acceptance prove?

It records the stated name, response, date and reviewed version. Anyone with the private link can respond. It does not verify identity or provide a qualified electronic signature. A new revision withdraws the earlier link.

Does FetchDue issue a tax invoice?

Quote conversion prepares an internal draft for tracking. You remain responsible for issuing the invoice with your billing system, applicable numbering, taxes and legal details. Import integrations read records; they do not issue invoices in QuickBooks or Xero.

Why is an integration unavailable?

Settings shows each connection separately. A setup-pending label means the provider is not ready for use. You can still enter invoices manually and use the channels shown as available. Connecting Stripe for invoice import is separate from subscribing to Pro.

Why do emails or payments mention MyFinReport?

FetchDue currently uses the operator’s MyFinReport email domain and Stripe merchant account. The subscription product is FetchDue Pro. Check the product, amount and billing period before paying; support uses the address below.

What if I cannot sign in?

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. Open the newest email link in the same browser where you requested it and check spam. If a link expired or was already used, request another. Never send support your password or a sign-in link.

What happens when a client says they paid or disputes an invoice?

Review the case and verify the payment in your payment or accounting system. A statement from a client or AI analysis does not establish payment. Confirm the resolution explicitly before resuming follow-up.

Contact and account data
