Delete your FetchDue account

In the mobile app, open Account → Delete account. On the website, use the confirmation form in Settings. You will verify your identity and confirm permanent deletion. Export your workspace data first if you need a copy.

We stop new reminders, cancel Pro renewal and open Pro checkout links, disconnect integrations, and delete your FetchDue clients, quotes, invoices and history. The original data in your accounting provider is not deleted.

If a provider is temporarily unavailable, your request stays pending and is retried. The app indicates that deletion is not yet complete. Required subscription billing records remain with the payment provider; backup copies expire under the retention policy.
