Privacy policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026

FetchDue (https://fetchdue.com) is an invoice-recovery service operated by Juan Manuel Fernández, Canarias, Spain. You can reach the operator at info@myfinreport.com. This page explains what data FetchDue handles and why, in plain language.

Data we collect

Your account data: the email address and password hash used to sign in, and your workspace settings (business name, sender name, tone, quiet hours). Your business data: the clients, invoices, amounts and payment links you add or import from Stripe, and the reminder and reply messages exchanged through the service. Billing data: if you choose the flat plan, payment is processed by Stripe; FetchDue never sees or stores your card number. Traffic data: we use Vercel's first-party analytics to count page views on fetchdue.com — it does not follow you across other sites, and we never sell any of it.

How we use it

Only to run the service: sending the payment reminders you configure, analysing replies so the right next step can be proposed to you, showing your dashboard, and billing. Reply text is processed by an AI provider solely to classify the reply and draft a response for your approval. We do not sell data, we do not use your data to train models, and we do not send marketing on your behalf.

Where it lives

Data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with per-account row-level security and processed by the following sub-processors: Vercel (hosting and page-view analytics), Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments and invoice sync), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (WhatsApp delivery, where enabled) and the configured AI provider (reply analysis and drafting). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Retention and deletion

Your data stays until you delete it or ask us to. Deleting your account removes your clients, invoices, messages and settings. Write to info@myfinreport.com to request export or erasure; we answer within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, portability, restriction or deletion of your personal data at any time via info@myfinreport.com. If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD).

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date above changes with it and active accounts are notified by email.
