Do I need to connect my invoicing software?
You can start by adding an invoice manually or importing a CSV. Use your existing invoice details to organize the follow-up.
What is automated, and what do I review?
You can schedule email reminders and configure tone, sending hours and sending controls. Proposed replies are reviewed in the approval inbox before being sent.
When does the 10% Recovery fee apply?
Recovery charges 10% on verified recoveries of invoices paid at least 7 days late, with FetchDue follow-up recorded. Commission is billed separately. There is no Recovery fee without an eligible recovery. Estimates of work still to invoice do not generate a fee.
Does FetchDue guarantee that my client will pay?
FetchDue helps you organize follow-ups; payment depends on your client. You remain in control of messages and the client relationship.
