Operator and contact
FetchDue is operated by Juan Manuel Fernández, Canary Islands, Spain. Contact: info@myfinreport.com. It currently uses the operator’s MyFinReport email domain and Stripe merchant account. These terms apply to use of the service.
Scope of the service
FetchDue helps review delivered but unbilled work, prepare quotes and revisions, record responses and approved extras, and follow up on invoices. You enter and verify services, prices, taxes, dates, contacts and payment links. Accounting integrations import data; they do not issue invoices in external systems.
Acceptance and drafts
Anyone holding a private link can view and respond to the quote. The stated name, response, date and version are recorded, without verifying identity or providing a qualified electronic signature. New revisions withdraw previous links and retain history. Extras have independent approval. Conversion creates one paused internal draft: it does not issue a tax invoice, charge anyone or send reminders. You are responsible for the invoice you issue and its requirements.
Reminders and review
Scheduled reminders follow your configured channels, windows and limits. Proposed replies require your approval. AI helps classify replies and prepare wording; it does not verify payment. Questions and uncertain cases require review. Check your data, pause disputes and honor requests not to contact clients. FetchDue cannot guarantee delivery or payment.
Pro trial
Try Pro for 14 days with a card. Then 29 USD monthly or 290 USD billed once a year. One trial per account. Cancel online before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Accounts with a previous trial or subscription do not receive another trial and pay immediately. When access ends, editing, sending and automation pause; you can still read and export your data, manage billing, disconnect integrations or delete your account.
Pro and cancellation
On the website, Pro costs 29 USD monthly or 290 USD yearly, charged as one payment per period. Annual billing saves 58 USD against twelve monthly payments. Both include unlimited quotes, reminders and business branding while Pro is active. The payable total appears before payment confirmation. Pro purchases on iOS are billed by Apple at the price and currency shown by the App Store before confirmation. They renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand. Manage renewal in your Apple account and request Apple purchase refunds from Apple. Web subscriptions are managed in the billing portal. Access continues until the paid period ends, and existing documents remain accessible afterward. Existing subscriptions retain their price and period unless expressly changed.
Responsibilities
Use genuine records and communications you are entitled to make. Protect credentials and private links. Do not use the service for harassment, fabricated debts or unlawful communications, or provide unnecessary sensitive data. You remain responsible for your contracts, notices, tax treatment and instructions. FetchDue is a software tool, not a debt-collection agency or law firm.
Support and closure
Contact us from your account email for billing issues, refund requests or closure. Canceling renewal does not itself request a refund. We verify ownership and review subscriptions and retention obligations before deletion. Export data from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.
Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is; liability is limited to fees paid to the operator in the preceding twelve months, and indirect damages and lost profits are excluded. Rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. Spanish law and the applicable jurisdiction govern. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts by email.
