Terms of service

These terms govern the use of FetchDue (https://fetchdue.com), an invoice-recovery service operated by Juan Manuel Fernández, Canarias, Spain (“the operator”, “we”). Contact: info@myfinreport.com. By creating an account you agree to them.

What FetchDue does

FetchDue sends payment reminders for invoices you add or import, analyses replies, and proposes next steps. Outbound replies require your approval before they are sent. FetchDue is a software tool acting on your instructions — it is not a debt-collection agency, a law firm, or a party to your contracts with your clients.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the invoices you chase are genuine, that you are entitled to contact the clients you add, and that your use complies with the laws that apply to you. You must not use FetchDue to harass anyone, to chase disputed or fabricated debts you know to be invalid, or to send unlawful communications. We may suspend accounts that do.

Pricing and payment

FetchDue offers two plans, chosen at signup and switchable later: a flat subscription of $29 per month, billed through Stripe and cancellable at any time; or a recovery fee of 10% of amounts recovered on invoices that were at least 14 days past due — if nothing is recovered, nothing is owed. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

No guarantee of recovery

FetchDue improves your odds of getting paid; it cannot promise payment. Whether a client pays remains outside our control, and nothing here is a guarantee of outcome or legal advice.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the actions of your clients.

Termination

You can stop using FetchDue and delete your account at any time; flat-plan subscriptions end at the close of the paid period. We may terminate accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes fall to the courts of Las Palmas, Spain, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise. If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest stands. Material changes to these terms are announced by email to active accounts.
